Eight Steps to Take Before Attempting to Lose Weight

I like the feedback I received outside of just making corrections to my book.
I hired the company to give my book a professional look and feel that would allow me to convey my message to the reader.
I gained knowledge of how my book should flow to capture and hold my readers attention.
This is my first book and I feel confident to allow others to read knowing that it is virtually mistake free.
A short introduction
Guarantee your own results!
Discover your compelling reasons to lose weight!
Learn how to remove barriers from your life!
Have you attempted several "diet" plans with minimal or no success? Have you experienced difficulty sticking with anything long enough to get the desired weight loss results?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you are not alone. There are many people experiencing similar challenges. A strong reason for the lack of success may have been because there was not a thoroughly planned approach before starting the weight loss plan.
This book and supporting templates will help you become who you want to be.
I reached a point in my life where I was truly unhappy with my appearance, poor health, and ability to effectively relate to others. My highest weight was 374 lbs and I was on two types of blood pressure medication. My family medical history had me at high risk for diabetes and heart related illnesses. I had very low energy and was dealing with bouts of depression. All these had an impact on how I viewed myself and interacted with others. After trying various diets and really wishing for weight loss, I finally discovered my compelling reasons for change. As a result, I have
lost 120 pounds
improved blood pressure and reduced medication
become more active via martial arts, meditation, cycling, and swimming
found a consistent diet that works for me
better personal and professional relationships
I am a certified Professional, Life, and Wellness Coach. My training was received through World Coach Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My desire is to help others find their compelling reasons for change and I hope this book will serve as a valuable resource during the discovery process.
